i cant fall asleep
i put my computer away like an hur ago and got ready for bed but i wasnt tired so i did some sit ups to tire myself out but that made me more alert (fuck you exercise, giving me energy) and then i had deep thoughts about life and death and souls and the universe and i got all worrisome and scared so i took out my computer to google sleep but now that its out of my system i think i can fall asleep now.
